Amazon account verification

I ordered something from amazon, and about a day after i got a mail from them that i have to send them a statement of my credit card, my address, my name, my email via fax.

My question is, once i do that and they unlock my account, will my order still be active or did the cancel it and i have to order again?

And how exactly does a cc statement look, like do they want a specific format or what do they want?

I was thinking about sending them my monthly letters i get from the bank, where theres my address and my name and how i've been spending the money the past month (dont know how its called in english this letter)

I'm not sure why you wouldn't be asking Amazon directly about this. They would know.

Amazon has many, many different avenues for support. Their chat would probably be most helpful.

Probably... just read their reply, and they didnt even answer me. They basically sent the same mail written a bit differently again...

They still want me to send this to their fax line:

- A copy of the statement of the payment card you used, which must include the billing address
- The last two digits of the payment card
- Your name, phone number and email address
