You shouldn't really have to apply any force.

Undo the latch and it should pull straight up without any force.

i was thinking about a little bit force cause mobo has magnet to pull down the cpu

Release any retention clips/bars and lift it straight up from the motherboard (if the motherboard is lying flat). Pull is really the wrong word to use as there should be no force required. It should feel like you're just picking it up off a flat surface as there's no pressure on the CPU or the pins.

I'm unaware of any sockets that use a magnet to retain the CPU.

There is no magnet or anything of the sorts that holds a CPU into place.

It's a latch mechanism that grips the pins when the retention bracket is down that holds it into place
