OEM desktop into new case

I am planning to buy a dell OptiPlex 7010 and changing the case would the dell OptiPlex components not fit in the case because its OEM? btw the case I am probably buying is a Thermaltake Overseer RX-I

the biggest issue I've had when I tried to put a OEM in another case is the motherboard IO cover since it wasn't detachable

was it a dell OptiPlex ? because I have seen videos tearing the OptiPlex completely down

the one I had was a dell vostro 200 slim I belive
