So I couldn't turn down a deal I found on KIJIJI. Got 2 GTX 1080 for $400 each.

If there was an interest from the community, I am going to  do a little bit of testing to see how performance is with a mix of generations of old in SLI and single performance with new video cards.

And we would put in more time if there is genuine interest in the conversation.

 

So this is what we have.

 

 

Complete systems

Q6600, Q9550, I3 ???, I7 920 & 930 (X58), 980X (x58), i7 4790K (Z97), i7 5930K (X99).

 

2 MSI GTX 970 Gaming

2 Zotac GTX 980 AMP!

2 Asus GTX 1080 OC

1 GTX 1080Ti FE with G12/X42 AIO.

 

I am selling the 970s / 980s and the  i7 930 system. So before they go, do you want to see any combination?

 

We will be running:

5930K / GTX 1080Ti

4790K  / GTX 1080

980X / GTX 1080.

Can you do sli and pair with the Q6600 for 4k gaming? 

Cuz cpu doesn't matter that much on high resolution but does it down to that level?
