vega. gpu prices

Hey, with vega now on the market will the 1070s drop in price do you think? is it worth it go vega 56 over 1070 if i have a freesync monitor?

also would a 650W pus be enough?

i5 7500

msi b250

2x 8gb g.skill tridentz

5 thermaltake ring rgb fans

1060 evga

650w corsair cx650m

1 ssd 

1hardrive
