Game mouse keeps freezing up on me?

So I started having this random problem with Overwatch where every now and then I would lose mouse control for about 3 seconds. On top of that if i had been holding a mouse button at the time i lost input control it would just continue doing that action, such as shooting. This initially only happened every 10 minutes or so. I tried to fix it by reinstalling mouse drivers and completely closing out Razer Synapse (as it is a Razer Mamba) Now today all of the sudden it started happening way more often about 3 times per minute. I just completely reinstalled Overwatch and now it's SO MUCH WORSE! Now it's even happening on the menu!

 

This doesn't happen in other games, my mouse works completely fine elsewhere. Anybody know what the Hell is going on?

Tried with another mouse? Sounds like game has some freezing issues rather than mouse. Hardware things usually happen while doing other tasks too.
