What tool to use when drilling into a caselabs case for Bitspower Through-Ports?

The Shank(The Drill Bit Which the hole saw will screw into): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004WRFEBC/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
The hole saw(1 1/8" is the same as 20mm, The US just uses imperial over metric system, Which I still don't know why we just don't convert to metric): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004WRF8SQ/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
25mm (Used this for my Fillport) : https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004WRF97Q/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
16mm(Used this to create the slots in the case, I never really used this one): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004WRF8F4/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
btw, I bought two shanks since hole saw is nightmare to remove to put another shank on them once they been used. My drill isn't really the best to start with or have a lock on it so that's another reason why it was nightmare to get it off.
