Gamepad not working

I have a Lenovo k3 Note with ppsspp on it and i also have a Logitech f310 gamepad. my problem is that the gamepad isn't working with my phone.. like the mode light can turn on but other than that it doesn't work like nothing happens when i press any of the buttons.. anyways, is there a way to fix this?

hmm i think no.. i don't know much about gaming on phones so i forgot that.. so then, how do i install drivers for my phone?

its not exactly a driver you need a app

oh i thought it was an actual driver.. lol i tried a few but most of them need root access but i haven't and can't root my phone for some reason
