Newly built pc wont show any video output

I am new to building one and this is my first one. The components are the following:

CPU: Ryzen 3 1200 with the stock cooler
MoBo: MSI B350 Tomahawk
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX ddr4 8gb (2x4gb) 3000Mhz CMK8GX4M2B3000C15R
GPU: EVGA 1050ti 4gb SSC
HDD: 3.5" Seagate Constellation 2TB 72000rpm SATA 6.0gb/s
PSU: EVGA 450w 80+ bronze BT
Case: Corsair Carbide Spec Alpha

Monitor: e-machine 18.5"

No idea what bios version is
i have already checked the wirings and everythings seems to be in the right path and nothing was left out. Also tried plugging in with the hdmi port in the motherboard instead of plugging in the GPU nothing happened at both tries, resetting bios by removing the battery in the motherboard.
