16:9 144hz monitor vs 21:9 75hz Ultrawide monitor

Hello there, I'm planning to buy a monitor soon and I have two options I've been thinking about buying. I'm planning to use this monitor for all kinds of things including gaming, editing videos, web browsing and coding. One is an ultrawide 75hz LG 29UM68 and the other one is an 144hz Acer Predator GN246HL. The Acer Predator has ghosting and poor colours on it's TN panel however it is significantly cheaper than the ultrawide. The LG is an ultrawide, has a beautiful IPS panel and has great colours plus it has freesync (which I won't be able to use since I have an Nvidia GPU). Also will my rig be able to handle any of these monitors? And which monitor will be a better option?

My Rig:

GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050ti 4GB

CPU: AMD A8 7650k

RAM: 16GB DDR3
