Thermaltake today announced the next generation of all-in-one liquid cooling solution - the Floe Riing RGB TT Premium Edition Series. These AIOs are available in 240mm, 280mm and 360mm and support the latest Intel and AMD CPU socket, including Intel LGA2066 and AMD AM4. The waterblock and fans are manufactured with multiple addressable LEDs that can be controlled by the Riing Plus RGB Software. Functions within the software also allow users to monitor fan performance and track CPU temperature. Thermaltake Floe Riing Plus RGB TT Premium Edition Series is now available for purchase on the TT Premium online shop.

Well you're right but not because this cooler includes TR4 mounting necessarily but because the threadripper cpu itself includes an Asetek bracket.
