Need a new cpu cooler that fits in this case

Hard to say without knowing which case. You can measure distance from CPU to sidepanel to check. Evo is 159mm. Closest Azza case by the looks says max to be 155mm which would be no for fit. Try to check if H7 is available for you. That will fit to most cases.

I have a case that has fans on the side of my case right next to my cpu cooler and I need a new cpu cooler do you think something like a cooler master 212 will fit?

If you know the name of the case, look it up on Google, there usually is a spec sheet somewhere with the clearance specified.
