Go to solution Solved by Himommies,

If you don't care about the looks sure, but You can get a Corsair AF fan for the same price and it'll look better. If you don't care then sure why not.(check that it's working first though)

Hey,

i wanna know if 10€ are a good deal for a used Noctua NF-P12 PWM (the price of a new one is 20.40€)?

Thank you for the help :)

the P ones are garbage, speaking from experience, just get Corsair or Be quiet ones or save up for the proper higher tier noctuas that are actually slightly quieter

And from mine they are not, lol. Had a dual SP pack and those were vacuum cleaners. Any fan is quiet at low rpm, so that's dependent on speed more than brand.

That said, I had 2 static pressure optimized Corsair fans in push-pull on a Cryorig H7 as a test and not only was that setup louder, it cooled worst than the stock fan. I wanted to like Corsair's fans, but looks alone don't make up for shortcomings elsewhere.

My brother has 2 AF120s and they are pretty quiet, not exceptionally though
