Monitor problem on notebook

So, i have HP Envy 15 j000ec

Recently i did encounter a problem with my monitor, whenever notebook displays something grey or dark, i could see blinking, so i took apart whole notebook.

(thought to myself that i could be only badly connected flex cablen in mobo and the display itself).

When i did assembled it back, this is what happened.

Weird. when i push on the place where the cable to monitor is connected everything is fine only the blinking occurs.

So, is this bad panel ? Or do i need to change the cable that is connecting motherboard to monitor ? (Flex cable)
