Hands down the iPhone 7 Plus. It has everything going for it

#1 The App Store: developers make their games for the iPhone first if not only for the iPhone, and the iOS versions are better

#2 The performance: With the A10 Fusion chip and Metal (Apples Graphics API) the iPhone will always perform the best in games (fps, detail, etc).

#3 The speakers are stereo. One faces forward the other to the side, but they are stereo and they are very loud.

If gaming is what you want, then the iPhone is what you need.

Nexus 6p looks like a bit of a media monster, it's a bit dated now but giant screen and front facing speakers would be perfect. Plus it's stock Android

But its performance would make it terrible at gaming.

Guys, how's the xiaomi note 3 performance in gaming?  great, good, average or poor and the sound quality when viewing movie? In gaming,  any lag in mobile legend?

There are relatively few games on the Google Play store that will be difficult for an older Snapdragon 800, let alone it's successors. There are some graphical gems on the Android side, such as Shadowmatic, but you're going to be looking for a very long time. Other games, such as The World Ends With You, are fantastic games, but will happily run on a Galaxy S3, so it isn't as though there is a shortage of good games (especially once Emulation is included), just a few that push visuals.

Smartphone chipsets such as the Snapdragon 820, Apple A9 and successors have surpassed the ps3/360 in GPU capability. If you want games that are utilizing that capability though, you may consider going iOS. Picking up a used iPhone 6S or 7 (after the 8 launches) may be a good bet, otherwise, keep visual expectations in check. Few are the developers crazy enough to invest in mobile what ps3/360 devs have.
