I have seen turotial on how to build pc's and confident I will know what to do however do you think my parts is just a simple build without bios updating etc involved?

Much appreciated iHomer...

Yeah you won't have to update the bios. You may want to get a better psu though.

Peak Wattage is 212

the psu is almost double that

Yeah it isn't about the wattage but rather the quality of the voltage regulation and component quality.

I though the corsair 430 was pretty good for budget builds, with 80+ bronze

80+ bronze is just an efficiency rating, not quality. See @STRMfrmXMN's PSU tier list, and pick something from Tier 3 or higher.

Well, AMD is better for price to performance ratios.  On top of that PSUs like the S12II get really hot and have other issues.  Seasonic is one of the top 3 brands, though.  Corsair is fine, but green label CXs = garbage. Get a gray label one instead.

ryzen 5 1600 is out of my budget and motherboard seem expensive for am4

Wow thats an expensive psu!

also "Some Intel H110 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Kaby Lake-S CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions."

Put a HDD in this too since 120GB won't even allow you to install 1 of todays AAA titles.

You're not wanting much storage space then??? The R5 1600 is about 20 quid more than the i5 you want, and motherboards are about a fiver more for a B350 one, so for 25 quid more you can have a much better system. Also, for either system, I would recommend at least 8gb of ram these days if you're actually going to do anything with the system.
