A CLC (close loop cooler) is probably overkill for that CPU.

Get a decent size heatsink if you want it to be relatively quiet.

Or stick with the stock heatsink if you don't feel like spending money.

What do you mean with "closed fabric area"? Stock cooler will be enough for locked i5. If you want something less noisy, cheap 120mm like H7, Pure Rock Gammaxx 400 or likes would be enough. Case fans would depend on what case you have, but with those specs easy 1 in, 1 out will be fine.

i don't really care if the CPU fan is noisy, the pc will be adaptable to go in a back pack and usable on an office, i would just like something doing good cooling work in that case.

the problem with the CLC is that i will have to move with the project on the back and i'm not sure water cooling would appreciate (that's why i am asking you ^^.

If I understand correctly, you're gonna move this on your back from home to the office.

Which therefore implies that it is a SFF system of some kind.

So CLC and a decently large heatsink is out of the option then (Assuming the case is a low profile case of some sort).

My recommendation for low profile coolers are:

Noctua NH-L9i

Cryorig C7

Cryorigh C1 (Maybe)

Thermalright AXP-100 H Muscle

or stick with your stock Intel cooler.

As long as you aren't blocking fan slots with anything, any fans and cooler will do. Like I said, even stock will be fine for locked i5. But if you are running it with all intake/exhaust holes blocked, nothing will cool it down. Not even industrial grade fans like iPPC or Deltas.
