Thought I’d open up a discussion about the IOS 11 beta program and how it really seems to be the worst beta to date. So let’s talk the bad the good and the miserable and even solutions to the common everyday issues with the update.

You do know iOS 11 is in like Beta 4 right? There could be as many at 14 or more betas.

Hmm, Beta product is bad... 

 

Only beta that I've participated in that went without a hitch was DayZ... COMPLETELY SARCASTIC! 

 

Honestly, it was Battlefield 4... Which launched terribly...

lol. I think it should be fine. iOS is more stable than android, period. 

If it is not broken, let's fix till it is.

Oh no doubt. And I understand it’s a beta but coming off from beta 10 which was much more stable thought I’d ask people’s opinions. Numerous other sights people have been posting their opinions and solutions

I think it has to do with, and I could be wrong, that iOS 10 and iOS 11 differ more dramatically then before. 

 

Also, how do I sign-up for the beta? Will it work on an SE 128GB?

The AR stuff is a total game changer. I am blown away and sort angry too. It takes way too much horsepower in something like After Effects to motion track and object to a surface when a sub 1W CPU and GPU can do the same as a 500W one

It should. Go to Apple.com and click the side bars so you can search. And search IOS Beta. It’ll bring up exactly how to do it!

It’s decent. A bit buggy, especially on my iPhone 6 Plus, but pretty stable on my iPad Pro (it hates the Discord app though). Looks great, all the new stuff is great, but makes me really miss 3DTouch on my phone (it won’t break, so I haven’t replaced it).

This newest update that came out yesterday I think is pretty stable so far. I think it’s fixed some of the main issues but it’s to early  to tell
