GTX 970 hitting 90C, 95C when overclocked

Hey. So, in the summer heat (it's regularly hitting 100F here!), my graphics card temps have grown concerning. I'm running a Zotac ZT-90101-10P GTX 970 in a rather shitty corsair 100r, with only 1 exhaust fan and 1 intake fan (there were only enough screws in the kit to install 2 fans). When I tried overclocking this card I noticed my temps were way above average (hitting 91C as soon as I started Unigen Valley even without an overclock). I wasn't expecting the best thermals with this card but considering I'm easily hitting 95C and/or running into thermal throttling issues, I'm wondering what my options are. I've considered buying a new case and fans, or doing a watercooling loop/aftermarket cooler, potentially even replacing the card all-together with a Vega 56 (I'll have a budget of about 400 after September) What are my options for cooling this card and, all else failing, what would I be expecting to sell it for on Ebay or Craigslist?

Thanks.

Have you tried ramping up the fan speed on the card in MSI afterburner or something similar? That's high even for that card.

Tried maxing the fans as soon as it hits 80C, still gets pretty hot.

Repaste? I think Arctic Silver MX-40 or whatever is pretty good.

This is my graphics card, not my CPU. CPU temps are fine.

Yup. Older GPUs often need a repaste as well though.

Huh. Well shit, I've been running it for about a year, is that still old enough to warrent a re-paste?
