Problems with iPhone 7 Audio Sync

The problem I'm having has to do with bluetooth headphones connected to my phone. When I play a video or music, the audio is synced with some headphones, but not with others. To make it even more confusing, when I use the same headphones using bluetooth on my laptop, it works just fine. For example, my jaybird x3's and generic bluetooth earpiece are out of sync on my phone, while my Bose qc30's are fine on my phone, and the jaybird's and earpiece work just fine on my laptop, as do the qc30's. What could be causing this audio sync issue? I've tried rebooting the phone, updating it, etc. and nothing has worked. Thanks for any help!

it has to do with the bluetooth chip in the other device, as that is what is the major factor in latency with bluetooth.

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

Most likely an issue with the firmware the devices that are lagging are running. There was a software update that made a UE Boom speaker I have lag and then another update came out to fix it.

Not really anything you can do since its not the iPhones fault.
