I keep getting this when I thumbs up, agree, etc:

 

 

if I go back, I will redirect me back to this. If I go through the long process of going through the entire sub forum, and I scroll down to the post, my reaction is there. But it's annoying.

The same problem happened to me when I tried clicking on the forum post I wanted it displayed an error message and then I re clicked back on the forums post that I wanted, then it went into it fine. I  myself dont understand why this occurs.

That usually happens if you've already reacted to that post, such as if you double click it by accident. The rep system will be getting an overhaul in the next version, coming in a few weeks, though.

The HTTP log is consistent with you having double clicked it, though you may not have realised it.
