Cannot Click Mouse Buttons While Keyboard Buttons Are Pressed

I have been playing various games and when I press the G4 button on my Logitech G502 Proteus core, it does not do anything when my fingers are pressing a button on the keyboard. Does anyone know what's going on?

My guess would be that the G4 button is some sort of macro and it's conflicting with the keyboard input in drivers
