Where to get custom cut decals/stickers?

I need some decals/stickers for a planned build.

 

Does anyone know where I can get some affordable custom stickers/decals printed and cut? I'm looking to print a sheet of custom shapes and the cheapest option I've found so far is a minimum of $75. 

 

Here's what I'm trying to print/cut in 8.5" x 11"

idk much about any of this but maybe try getting someone on Etsy to do a custom order for you?

Yep I could definitely sort out the Corsair logos the rest I'm unsure of 

 

I assume PSU sized (get me some demensions) for the Corsair s I could sort out shipped for $12
