Supposedly the release date worldwide for Ryzen 3 was today (27th July) and yet it isn't available anywhere in the world yet for some reason. Does the US get it first and then everyone else or what?

27th July U.S Time, there will be an NDA tied to a specific time in a certain time zone. So for me in the UK it will likely be the afternoon.

usually embargoes seem to be lifted first thing in the am, so I'd expect 9-10am PST...look for a simultaneous FPC and YT release from LTT

Price Vs Performance will be outstanding and I want to use it in a budget build. Compared to the likes of the i3-6100 or even G4560 it's a much better value for money CPU.
