Can I run 4 Ram Sticks with the 7700k?

It says that the i7-7700k can only run Two-Channel DDR4/DDR3L. I'm using DDR4

You definitely can run four sticks of memory. You can learn about single and multi channel memory here.

4 sticks of RAM would still make it run dual channel, only 1 and 3 makes it single channel.
