Google Ads Point To Scamming Website

I'm trying to figure out what's going on with my parents PC. When they want to go to Facebook, the type it into Google. The first 2 links are ads, and both link to a Facebook page and then after 2 seconds it redirects to a scam page saying you have an infection. See here

The URLs of the ads are as follows. Only click on them if you know what you are doing. To get out of it, just open Task Manager, and End Task on the browser.

I tried to find the ads in Google on my own PC, but don't see them. Is it because my parents PC has a virus that these links are showing?

That doesn't make all of them virus. Since they come from Google search on not on another page, Google has moved to using smaller print right next to site name. The sites are probably there because of malware/virus. But any site having [ad] mark before it doesn't mean PC would have virus. Like mine doesn't but I do still get them for legit sites.

Here's link for reporting those sites to Google https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/176378?hl=en

But I would go for malware scan and virus scan along with them.

Right, but google ads usually show  "ads by google" in corners.

On other pages, yes. If you look at pic, thats search results page. I've seen that style used for legit pages before, which means that if that [ad] mark is shown its can be legit site, while in this case it clearly isn't.
