(HELP NEEDED ASAP) Getting Static ON MY HOME RECORDING

Hi, I have an AT2020 xlr version using with MIDTECH AUDIO LINK 3 interface, I am not sure but when I record I keep getting static, ( it was recorded on audacity) I have heard great reviews on it and etc. Whats the problem? As seen in the audio file you can hear mouse clicking and static constantly how do you fix it?. Is there a problem with my mic, interface or do i need to change the settings HELP PLEASE! The MP3 is the example of the static.
