Mac OS Partition

Hi there fellow comrades, so here is the problem.

I have 500GB SSD in my Mac and I decided to divide it in half so that I can use windows on the other half. Long story short I got a new windows laptop and don't need windows on my Mac anymore. I managed to delete bootcamp but I have no idea how to merge it back, on windows its so much easier ;)

By the way I'm running OSX HIGH SIERRA BETA

Please help.

Hi,

Did you use Bootcamp to install Windows ?

Or,

Can you access the Disk Utility in recovery mode (Command+R on boot) ?

Thb

If you used bootcamp then it would have automatically done so, if you didn't then you will need to completely wipe the drive and start from fresh.

Also I strongly recommend you backup your docs and everything when using high sierra.

The apple file system isn't fully baked yet. If you don't know how to format your drive, don't use the beta version of macOS.

If anything goes wrong, hold command + r when booting and reinstall the system.

If it is not broken, let's fix till it is.
