What are you going to be doing? @JayzTwoCents has OCed a i7-3770K and a GTX 680 on water and it didn't pull more than 400w so it's fine

depends on the psu, if it's a seasonic s/m12II you should be ok, if it's some 

desktop

It's hard too say if what will be enough when over clocking. I would expect that system to draw about 300-350w under load at stock, so you should have enough head room, but it's hard to say for sure.

Lol. Why bring up such old parts? It's not like we don't have benchmarks of this stuff.

 

@arnavvr You should be OK. This review used a 4960x at 4.2 and a stock 1080 and got up to 335. OC on both would get you maybe around 400-425w. Just make sure you have a good unit.

It should be fine for your current config. Seasonic makes great PSUs, even for a tier 3 unit, they are a lot better than corsair ones.
Do keep in mind that It might not be enough for a 1080ti or titanXP. Also, if you add more disk drives, fans, led lighting, you might be pushing it to 80% or 90% load.

Personally, I would go for a 550w unit just to be sure.
