What setting should i put on OBS

I recently built a budget pc and i now interested on recording games like csgo and dota 2. But, after i recorded the gameplay i watched the reply and it is suck and laggy. Now im just asking for you guys to recommend setting for my OBS. Thx

 

Spec

Intel Pentium G4560 (no oc)

Asus H110m-D

Intel HD 610 integrated graphic ( still cant afford graphic card yet)

8GB DDR 4

500GB Seagate 7200RPM

NO SSD

500Watt psu

Good trying to record with your CPU only. It's a weak CPU. :/

try using quickplay. but u will get a fps dip

Here is what I have, you can change it as you like. It gives very smooth video.

Nothing to do with a GPU. Even with a GPU you're going to struggle to record anything.

You need a GPU for that.

You need a nvidia GTX card for that to be an option. Otherwise it won't let you install the drivers
