Intel(R) Network Driver Issue

I got my first Gaming PC Build finished! Yay xD! But I have a problem with installing the network drivers. I have a Gigabyte Z270X-UD3 Motherboard and an Intel Core i5-7500 7th Generation. When I try downloading the LAN drivers, it says that it can't because any Intel(R) Drivers aren't installed. What should I do?

My PC Specs

CPU: Intel Core i5-7500

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z270X-UD3

RAM: Patriot Viper Elite Series DDR4 8GB (2 x 4GB) 2133MHz

GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1050 OC

Case: NZXT S340 (White)

Storage: Western Digital - Caviar Green 500GB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive

PSU: Corsair CX 750

Cooling: Intel Stock Cooler

Keyboard: Razer Ornata Chroma

Mouse: Logitech MX Master

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro

Windows is probably installing all the drivers for you. The wifi card is probably linked to the chipset and there are no drives in windows for that yet. Go into device manager and let windows find the drivers for you.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

I don't have a WiFi card, I use LAN, and it says i'm not connected to the internet. I did the troubleshoot, and it says i need to install my drivers

oh right sorry. Try rebooting to see if windows is just waiting to install the drivers. Did you get a disk in the box with the mobo?

yea, but I couldn't use it because I don't have a disk drive, and I restarted windows a couple of times, but it didn't detect it...

Oh. Can you not find someone that has on and ask if you can copy the files of the disk onto a USB?
