RX480 + Z77 DS3H BIOS and OC issues

Hi guys.
Parts: Rx 480 8Gb ROG Strix OC -- Gigabyte GA Z77 Ds3h rev 1.0 (Core i 7 3770k)
Just to get it out of the way, I've also updated my PSU (EVGA 650 GQ 80 Plus Gold).

Straight to the issue. I bought the RX 480 ROG Strix OC 8Gb a couple months ago, and since the beggining Im unable to boot into BIOS with my graphics card plugged in. At first I decided to unplug my graphics card and use my onboard graphics to set everything up, but now I decided to overclock my i7 3770k, and the next problem appeared. After making the OC (to 4.2Ghz) that
worked before I updated my old graphics card (Gtx 680) without a problem and running stable. Now after making the OC and then plugging my graphics card back on I get no video output, PC boots fine and windows starts (I assume), but nothing shows on my screen. I've tried to update my BIOS to the newest version (F11a) which is supposed to Improve PCI Express x16 slot compatibility but still doesn´t work. I really dont know what else to do, and maybe someone out there has been through this and knows the solution. Thank you in Advance.

You know if the GPU didn't work why didn't you return it.Now you have to RMA it and wait 2 months to get a new one.
