R5 1600 3.7ghz from box?

Hello, i have my R5 1600 for approx. a month and i noticed weird core clocks, similiar on 2 tested B350 boards.

2/4 cores load 3699 MHz

6 cores load 3399 MHz

Idle at 3199Mhz

Is this normal or just some MTB feature?

turbo boost but for amd, raises the frequency when a task is demanding for only a few cores higher than what max turbo would be for all the cores being stressed.聽
