PS4 Internet crashes when i charge a phone

Hey, my friend have a little problem, When he or someone ells charges a phone in the house the internet on his ps4 dies after like 5min and when he unplug the phone the internet starts working again. And he have tried with both cable and Wifi, but he still has the same problem :/

thats weird, his playstation's internet dies even if the phone is not charging from the playstation ?

 

So you plug in the phone lets say downstairs, and the ps4 loses internet in a totally different room ?
