Welcome to the forums!

I suppose he meant 80 bucks, as in $ :)

The Dark Rock PRO 3 is a step up from the Dark Rock 3.

But still either should do.

I can also recommend:
Noctua D14/15

Cryorig R1

Keep in mind that the DR(P)3's are supposed to looks GREAT but also have an absolutely TERRIBLE mounting sollution.

Also once they're on there's no problem :)

Dont know if there is a white cooler on the market, if you dont paint it. The fans on most coolers can just be swapped out. But I guess the Be quiet cooler is the closest out of the box, with full black design. https://www.amazon.com/Quiet-Dark-Rock-Cooler-LGA775/dp/B00HPX7IKU/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1500555829&sr=1-1&keywords=be+quiet+dark+rock

You cannot go wrong with something from Noctua. Something like the NH-D14, would be pretty good. https://www.amazon.com/Noctua-NH-D14-Heatpipe-Radiator-Bearing/dp/B002VKVZ1A/ref=sr_1_9?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1500555583&sr=1-9&keywords=noctua

Yea noctua make's great coolers but the fans do not fit my pc color so id probably have to buy otter fans of id have to paint them which i dont really wat to do

You can buy a Noctua D14/15 and buy black fans like the F12's with white chromax. I did that and it looks pretty sick!

Look at my profile under "about me" and you can see what it looks like, because that happens to be exactly what I have.

Aside from that from an esthetic viewpoint I recommend the DRP3. It might be a bitch to mount, but man does it look good.
