Acer E5 575G Display replacement?

Hello LTT. It`s me Chez! I have recently bought Acer E5 575G. So far the laptop is handling programming and other multi media perfectly. But! Unfortunately, the laptop came with 720p display. Yeah I know...720p in 2017...Meh. 

 

Laptop specifications:

i5 7200u 2.5 GHz

Nvidia 940MX 2GB GDDR5

8GB DDR4

1000 GB HDD

1336x768p Display

 

I am not much of a  techy guy. I do not much about hardware replacement because if you genuinely ask, I never ever in my life had done hardware replacements to any of my electronics before. The laptop is just 4 weeks old. Still got it`s 1 year brand warranty. Was wondering if it is possible to change display to 1080p with IPS panel? Hit me up with your best solutions!
