Case fan Setup

honestly the more fans the better. The more you have, the lower the RPMs you can run them at keeping the system much quieter because of the increased air flow.

Depends on your needs, but I think you can lost the bottom ones and be fine. Depending on your setup/room they might just contribute too much to dust intake (even with filters). At least you won't have to vacuum that area too much :P

the main thing I'd be concerned about is gpu temp, see what things are like if you shut them off, if you feel your system temps are fine without them you can hold onto them as backups in case any of the others fail

You should be fine with just front in, top out. Are you going to use reference cooled GPU and stock cooler for CPU?

Still 2 in, 1 out should be fine. You can add bottom intake to help with GPU cooling later if there's need.

4 intake and 2 exhaust fans will give a positive pressure unless you run a heavy overclock it will be fine.
If you want to overlock extensively i would recommend a negative pressure chamber over a positive pressure chamber.
