Arctic Silver 5 vs Arctic MX-4

I'm planing on using a kraken X52 for cooling a i7-7700k. Also changed the included fans for two corsair sp120 quite edition.

 

which of this thermal compound will be better for my needs (will be overclocking).

Included one works fine

 

Both are good, grab the cheaper one if you really want a paste

both are good, i use  Arctic MX-4 and it keeps my amd potato calm so i think you should be able to oc with  Arctic MX-4

If it's a reliable, known brand, chances are they aren't going to put sucky thermal paste in their package with their product.

 

If you need a good paste though that's not included, I like Noctua's NT-H1 paste myself.  A tiny bit runnier than I like, but generally some of the best-rated stuff.
