hey, guys so I have an iPad pro and it's too heavy to hold up and look at because after 5 mins my arms die so I was wondering if there is a sand I could buy to hold it above my head that is not insanely expensive. thanks for any help!

TBH You shouldnt be reading your ipad in bed, it really does mess up the sleep pattern because of the light.

The mattress is a place for sleep, not electronics gadgets.

My recommendation is to not be using it in bed.

But if you must, drill a ipad stand into that wood head board.

You could just lay on your side and only hold it with one hand and then roll over if your arm gets tired.

for me i just move my pillow and blanket so it supports my phone

or just buy a case and use the stand function then flip it on its side

While technically true, there are plenty of apps to address this issue.

They reduce the blue light emitted by the screen so as to not mess as much with your circadian rhythm and suppress melatonin production.

...The App Store. Or given you mentioned you have an iPad Pro, I believe they also have something baked into the OS called Night Shift that will do something similar. Can't be 100% though as I'm not an Apple person.
