Google has started rolling out compatibility for HDR in Play Movies and TV

Works on all devices that support 4k HDR in USA and Canada

When it's too hard to buy a price of digital content that they could easily provide me with, I just don't.

 

I still have the thing they refused to sell me, I'm so generous that en they do decide to sell something to me I'll pay for the thing I was previously enjoying for free because morals.

 

Its a shame they don't want my money, the money I gladly spent on over 150 movies on iTunes and like 100 TV shows.

Android TV and Chromecast Ultra only ATM.

 

Again, because of DRM concerns in the industry, just like the requirements for Netflix on Windows 10.

How is the 4k content video viewable? Last I checked any playback via google on a pc is at 480p or less only for movies purchased , no matter what resolution you run.
