That doesn't work. It needs to be either uploaded with "Drag files here to attach" feature, or linked with url. Just clicking copy on image doesn't link it to this site. It just shows it with your browsers cache.

So, I've recently discovered while trying to post a screenshot, that attaching images via copy/paste will not post properly. The forums succeed in accepting the media during creation, but fail during post, and the image is omitted. Any staff members may want to check my test post in the test subforum to see another example of this. I will attach an image to this post by pasting it in. If all goes well, by which I mean wrong, then the image will not post.

Where are you copying URL from? Or are you using upload? Upload has 2mb per file limit. And external pics only allow major extensions and URL needs to end with that extension.
