Help me build a dope looking gaming pc that can run rainbow six siege in ultra settings with over 100 fps with a 1500 budget!!!

Idk much about pc , i just want to get enough fps to be able to play without lagging.

Just build the PC I gave and you will always have 60+ FPS on Ultra
