Ignore Enderman, he has no idea what he's talking about.  eBay, via PayPal, makes it so easy for consumer's to get refunds that someone could send you perfectly working goods, you could then smash those goods with a hammer, report that you received damaged goods, and so long as you don't accidentally put the hammer in the photos to prove the goods were damaged, you would still almost certainly get a refund.

But my god, it can be hard for a SELLER to not get ripped off if the BUYER wants to play dirty.

Except for when the seller refuses to refund.

It's almost as if you don't pay attention to all the stories of buyers getting scammed on ebay...

Please use google, it's not that hard to see that you can also lose as a buyer.

Clearly you don't comprehend what would happen if it was just as easy as claiming a paypal refund every time you buy something from the internet because "I got scammed"
