Opinions on this budget R5 1600, 1050ti build?

Main purposes are:

1. Light to somewhat heavier gaming, nothing too crazy (mostly esports titles, maybe some AAA).

2. Productivity, at an average (maybe a little higher) level. Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator, Indesign.

3. Multitasking.

 

Let's not talk prices, it's being bought in Greece.

So what do you think? Any suggestions? I think it's a pretty safe, value for money build.

Don't get an MSI board, get an AsRock or an ASUS board (their BIOS is much better) 

 

And try to find a used GTX 970, it shouldn't cost more than a 1050 Ti and it performs much better

For productivity, of course, that is an amazing build. Don't bother with twin fans on a 1050 Ti, it isn't a card that suffers from thermal issues, and can save you a lot of cash.

Does this make that much of a difference? I like this MSI mobo because it has 8 USB ports on the back and it's plain black with white LED's.

Also I would not invest in a used GPU.

That was my second option. Modular and Gold plus. The thing is I have read so many good things about the 500B, and seen it in so many builds and videos.

It does, especially if you want to get your RAM to 3000MHz

I think I'm sticking with the Windforce though. Price in Greece for the Windforce - 175 Euros, price for the SC - 179 Euros. It is what it is I guess...

Then defo get the cheaper one. A 1050 Ti doesn't need a massive cooler, so even a cheapo one with a decent cooler should work. Higher end ones just have better coolers and sometimes better VRMs, and you don't need either for a 1050 Ti.

The Seasonic M12 II Evo would be a great "budget" choice if you want a good, fully modular PSU!
