A free replacement for Control Center and a software that gathers all our other apps

- Enable and disable Hardware like Webcam / Touchpad / Wifi
- Useful shortcuts for Windows settings
- Shortcuts to all our apps (Updater / Fan Control / Keyboard LED)

CPU Tuning tab:
Simple interface for XTU
Ability to apply / read values and then stop any XTU running service
Check / Reapply values after a restart
Load our recommended starting values for every CPU (We are adding more CPUs with each update)

Apply brightness and volume values on app start.
Apply volumes when headphones are connected (will restore to previous value when disconnected)
