help needed with unexpected shutdown of pc due to web browser(all of em)

this is a problem being faced by a friend of mine

processor: core2duo

ram: 2gb DDR3 generic brand

HDD: seagate 500gig 7200.12

GPU: non

power suply: 450watt generic brand

MOBO: mercury chip set unknown

OS:windows 7 ultimate

 

when ever he tries to open multiple tabs there's an unexpected shutdown every time.

iv'e tried dumping cache files and cookies. ive tried deleting the temp files and any and every type of solution known to mankind.

is it due to low ram or is there a problem with the browser or the OS itself?

its been happening with every browser.

 

please reply with a solution if any
