RIP, it may have even been fine until you plugged it in (It probably wasnt full dry yet, if only you had waited longer). 

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.

You'll need to disassemble it and clean the PCB with isopropyl or similar. It may sill be salvageable. If the PCB can be removed you could soak it in isopropyl before scrubbing it with a toothbrush for maximum cleaning (what we do at work).
