Need help becouse I'm retarded

So i should i say it i was trying to fix some kind of problem in my game, So i went to device manager and clicked on my graphics card (gtx 1070 FYI) and i just uninstalled my graphics card and now i cant even see my Display Adapters section and i now i dont know what to do pls help.

You'll have to install the driver for your video card. Go to nvidia.com and download the latest driver.

It dosent work it says that it could not find compatible drivers, What now?

you mean use the intel graphics and then try to install the drivers?

yep that may be possible but you say your 1070 card not showing in device manager....if so reboot pc and scan for hardware changes in device manager
