GTA V Online tips?

I recently started to play gta v online. It's pretty cool, I usually play with a few high ranked friends. But I myself am just a level 12. I leveled up from 2-12 in a few hours. But I wanted to know tips or tricks on how to level up fast. Even get money. I'm even wanting overall information that will make the experience easier, like for example. Buy this because it will be needed.

Find a group of friends, find an easily exploitable heist, then do that heist a bunch of times.

Do missions, they are fun. Get a friend and play the fleeca job a few times. Ez money. If you can get more friends, play the Pacific Standard. An really good way of getting some cash is to do criminal mastermind. I did it with a few of my friends and got a lot of money. The thing is that you have to do all the heists with the same 4 people and you can't fail at all. Play races. They are fun too. What I do now that I've practically finished the game is that I take my "normal" car, which is uncustomized Mercedes-Benz (Benefactor) and I drive around the city following the traffic laws. You will notice how stupid the driving AI in the game is. Others may drive in front of you, drive on the left side of the highway for fun and not to overtake, they switch lanes without checking if someone is coming from behind and stuff like that.
