Fastest and quietest fan available?

Looking for a fan for my Hybrid GPU. 120mm one that's at least 3000RPM. I ask here 'cause I might have missed something. I was looking at Noctua Industrial ones.

 

I'm currently using SP120 from Corsair in a sandwich  it I prefer something better than 1650 RPM.

Main PC:

CPU: Intel Core i9 13900KS SP 116 (124P-102E) (6.1Ghz P-Cores 4.8Ghz E-cores) MC SP 88

CPU Voltage: LLC8 1.525V (real voltage 1.425V + - Temps 85-90 P-Cores, 70-73 E-cores)

RPM =/= quality or even performance

 

Get either Noctua fans of any kind, don't need to be industrial.  The 1500 rpm ones will work perfectly for you, quiet and super good

No, you have SP fans.  The superior fan blades on the noctua fans will wreck the SP fans at the same RPM

I don't think so. GPU sits at 50c under full Ioad just want to lower it even further.

 

I will add the original EVGA fan to see if it changes anything but I wanted to ask in advance anyway.

Like I said, the ones I have are fairly quiet, I'm just looking for something with higher RPM so I can get temps like 45C instead of 50C. That would allow me to flash the BIOS on my GPU and get even higher clocks of like 2.2Ghz.

Vardar seems to be the loudest but also the best performing in the bunch

It doesn't have to be. I'm getting 50C and speed is 1670 max + they're quiet. But I want something 5C lower. Small upgrade, but I need it.

I've seen it but after you turn it on you're ready for takeoff. + it's too small for my rad.
